Characteristics
The HGY concrete placing boom consists of arm assembly, a rotating device, upper and lower supports, a chassis, concrete pipelines, a hydraulic system, and an electrical control system.
The boom is a three section box structure, which is extended and folded by a hydraulic system. When combined with a rotating mechanism, it can transport concrete to the required construction surface. The hydraulic system is equipped with a safety relief valve to prevent overloading of the working mechanism. The working oil cylinder is equipped with a hydraulic lock to ensure construction safety. The electrical control system can achieve control panel operation and wired operation. The interlocking function between each operation mode also ensures construction safety.
